Here is a short note from Maike to tell you more about the workshop:
The International Max Planck Research School for Intelligent Systems (IMPRS-IS) is a highly intercultural and diverse working place, and we are absolutely proud of it!
But what is actually happening when two people from totally different cultures are communicating with each other? … And why does it happen to be so irritating sometimes?
In order to avoid irritation or misunderstandings we have to understand how intercultural communication works. You want to increase your ability to recognize and to respond to cultural differences?
Then you should definitely join this workshop!
